- BOOKING POLICIES:
Booking of one to three nights-The first night will be charged at the time of the booking. The balance will be due upon arrival. Booking of four or more nights, one half of the total amount will be charged at the time of the reservation. The balance will be due upon arrival.
- CANCELLATION POLICIES:
We require a seven- day per night notice to cancel. If you cancel with less than a seven- day per night notice, you will forfeit the deposit. If you cancel with the appropriate number of days, your deposit will be refunded to you minus a thirty-five dollar handling fee.
- SMOKING POLICIES:
Since smoking is not permitted inside of the B&B, and our guests expect to check into a room that is free and clear of the smell of smoke. If a guest smokes in their room they will be asked to leave forfeit full payment and be charged a $200.00 clean up fee.
